Sub Agent / Site Agent

HK$ 60,000 to HK$ 65,000

HK/ Kowloon / New Territories areas

13-Month Salary plus bonus, AL starting from 18 days

Qualifications:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience in related new building projects with TCP T1 or T2

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Site Agent/ Senior Site Agent

• Good commercial and contractual acumen

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
